1. What makes Ya Sezi Bon Manbo, LLC different from other spiritual websites and botanicas?
Any work performed is done on a custom basis and no idea and/or work is recycled. It is AUTHENTIC work, which includes custom items, custom work and individually-tailored responses. No “generic” work is done. For “generic” items, please purchase the “prepared” items on the site.
2. Are there free consultations?
Please note: A consultation is NOT a reading. You may submit a request for a consultation. You must include the details of the situation, as well as and the goals and/or concerns you would like to address. You must also advise if you are seeking item recommendations, a service or a combination. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you inform if any previous work has been done for your situation or if you previously consulted with someone else for the same issue.
3. What are the shipping days and times?
Items are shipped from Monday through Saturdays. Work is also performed from Monday through Saturday. Holidays and weekends are not included for shipping purposes. Questions regarding orders and/or work must be submitted via email. The invoice number, full name and/or email must be indicated in the subject for a proper response. Vague or mysterious emails that state “where is my order?” will not be acknowledged. Tracking will be provided depending on the shipping method you choose.
4. Do you provide instructions for prepared/dressed candles?
Prepared candles are prepared with specific intentions. You will be provided instructions as to how to properly burn and set up the candle. To ensure safety, candles should be burned in a heat-proof container that can sustain heat and flammable matters. Many candles come dressed with herbs which are flammable and may ignite. Caution is required. Please note that prepared items are NOT custom, individually-tailored items. They are prepared for specific intentions and/or needs (for example, prosperity, overall health) and success of each is based upon your individual ability to follow instructions and set up.
5. Custom items or custom work.
Each custom item or work is based upon the request made. If you have additional requests, please email with the details. If no request or instruction is left, your item will not be prepared until you respond. If you require something and it is not on the website, please email work@yasezi.com and your request will be addressed accordingly.
6. Do you replace items?
No item that has been thrown away, sent back, damaged by a neighbor, ex-partner, family member, landlord, or other person will be replaced. No replacement will be provided for packages with incorrect addresses given.
7. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON CUSTOM ITEMS OR WORK. Exchanges, refunds, replacements, or store credit may be given on a specific case by case basis.
8. Spiritual work.
When you purchase spiritual work, YOU MUST EMAIL SPECIFIC DETAILS REGARDING YOUR REQUEST. Blank orders will not be honored and will be refunded. Work cannot be performed if you do not provide information. If you have a question, you must send an email to work@yasezi.com. You MUST INDICATE YOUR INVOICE NUMBER, FULL NAME or EMAIL. You will be entered into the schedule according to availability and the proper day for your type of service in accordance with spiritual guidelines. These details must be taken into account for the success of your work. Changes cannot be made once preparation has commenced, as supplies have been created, offerings purchased/harvested, tools purchased and time blocked off for your particular service. Any work details, photos, information MUST be sent via email to work@yasezi.com. Text messages, photos and cell phone communication will NOT be accepted.
9. Spiritual work reports.
ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS AFTER WORK COMPLETION FOR THE FULL PROCESS AND REPORT. This ensures completion of the work, ability to prepare a proper summary, as well as proper disposal of any items. Messages and emails requesting constant status if work is not completed will not be acknowledged.
10. When can results be expected?
There is NO set time for any results. This is NOT Hokus Pokus. This depends on the severity and complexity of the client’s situation. All of the services are designed to bring permanent, positive change BUT this depends highly on the ATTITUDE, CHOICES AND BEHAVIOR OF THE CLIENT. If you are given specific instructions and are told to do certain things, your failure to comply with the requirements or directions given will hinder your work and most likely, render it UNSUCCESSFUL. Upon work completion, you will be provided a summary with detailed information as to the results, setbacks and/or outcomes that can be expected.
11. Is spiritual work guaranteed?
Nothing is ever guaranteed! Just as not every treatment, medication or therapy will be successful for everyone, spiritual work will not be successful 100% of the time for 100% of the clients who attempt utilize it. NOTHING IN THIS WORLD THAT CAN SOLVE EVERY PROBLEM FOR EVERY PERSON. There is no such thing as a “magic pill” – be realistic with your goals and expectations.
13. Are readings recorded?
Ya Sezi Bon Manbo, LLC does NOT record any spiritual readings. If you wish to record your reading, it is YOUR responsibility to set up the platform (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) for your recording purposes. During the reading, clients may take notes, interrupt and ask questions – this is YOUR time of clarity so you must write down whatever important details you pick up from your readings. If you need further clarification after the reading is done, an email with the questions, as well as your full name and appointment date/time can be submitted to work@yasezi.com and same will be answered accordingly.
14. Rush fee for spiritual work.
This fee guarantees that your service will be attended to within 24 hours. Reports can only be sent AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETE.
